If you're experiencing issues with importing content from Template Library it may be caused by a widget that is missing.
Suggested fix:
go to Element Pack Pro / Core Widgets and click on Activate All and then on Save Settings
After activating the widgets refresh the Elementor editor and try importing again.
If the issue is still not fixed please open a ticket here with a temp admin account so we can debug what may cause the issue on your end.
