Importing template library not working

Common Reasons for Template Library Import Issues:

  1. Outdated Version: Ensure you’re using the latest version. Head to Theme Options > Updates to check. If the automatic update doesn’t work, follow the manual update instructions.
  2. Missing Required Plugins: Some newer blocks need specific plugins to work. Make sure you’ve installed and updated these: UiCore Framework, UiCore Elements, UiCore Animate, and Element Pack Pro.
  3. Containers (formerly FlexBox Containers) are not active. Make sure you activate this feature in Elementor - Settings - Features.
  4. Website Error: If there's a fatal error on your site, follow these steps:
  • Go to Theme Options > System and enable Debug mode.
  • Run the Template Library again.
  • Check the Debug log in Theme Options > Debug for any errors.
