Theme Options Panel features a color theme toggle that allows you to change from light to dark theme.
To change the default color theme of theme options panel, go to Theme Options - System - Dashboard Settings:
Setting the color theme to system will automatically change it to your system setting.
You can also change the color theme at any point, by clicking the sun/moon icon on top utility bar:
