Page Transitions add a smooth animated effect when navigating between pages. UiCore Animate includes several transition styles that can be customized to match your site’s visual tone.
Page Transitions can be enabled in two different locations depending on your setup.
How to enable
UiCore Pro (Theme Users)
You can find the Page Transitions options in:
Theme Options → Animations → Page Transition
UiCore Animate Plugin (Standalone Users)
The settings are available at:
WordPress Settings → UiCore Animate → Page Transition
Page Transition Settings
After selecting a transition type, the following options become available:
- Animation Duration Controls how fast the transition animation plays.
- Reveal Background Color (only for reveal-based transitions) Sets the background color used during the reveal effect.
These options apply globally across your website.
Page Transition Types
Below is the complete list of available transition types:
Fade
Fades out the current page and fades in the next:
Fade In
Fades in the new page while keeping the exit minimal:
Reveal
Animated panel reveals the next page (uses Reveal Background Color):
Fade and Reveal
Combines a fade with a sliding reveal panel:
Columns
Multi-column wipe effect that transitions into the next page:
Multilayer
A layered sliding animation that covers the old page and reveals the new one underneath:
Page transitions can also be combined with any preloader for a more interesting effect.
